Perchè Iscriversi al CRAL ENI ROMA

Il CRAL ENI ROMA è un’Associazione non riconosciuta, ai sensi degli articoli 36 e seguenti del Codice Civile, costituita nel quadro dell’art. 11 della legge n. 300 del 20 Maggio 1970 (Statuto dei lavoratori).

Nasce come unione di dipendenti e pensionati del Gruppo Eni, allo scopo di organizzare e sviluppare iniziative sociali degli associati.
Il Cral Eni Roma promuove, gestisce e coordina attività culturali, ricreative, turistiche, sportive dilettantistiche, sociali per un benefico impiego del tempo libero dei soci.

L’Associazione è costituita da Soci lavoratori e dai pensionati (ex Dipendenti del Gruppo Eni) e vanta, ad oggi, circa 1600 iscritti, al netto dei propri famigliari .

Gli organi costitutivi dell’Associazione sono: l’Assemblea dei Soci; il Consiglio Direttivo; il Presidente; il Collegio Sindacale; il Collegio dei Probiviri.

Il Consiglio Direttivo è composto da 9 Consiglieri, fra cui un Presidente ed un Vice Presidente, eletti tra i Soci aventi diritto al voto.

La quota annuale di Iscrizione al Cral Eni Roma è di Euro 26,00 (incluso il nucleo familiare risultante dallo stato di famiglia del Socio) e l’iscrizione si rinnova automaticamente di anno in anno, salvo preventiva disdetta.
